Automations
An automation is a prompt that runs on a schedule, for example a morning briefing. Settings → Automations lists them.

| Name | Shown in the list. |
| Schedule | A cron expression, for example 0 8 * * * for every day at 08:00, in your time zone. |
| Prompt | The message sent at each run. |
| Target conversation | The conversation the reply goes to. Create a new conversation on every run makes a new one, named after the automation. |
| Model | The model of the run. Conversation default uses the model of the target. |
| System prompt override | Optional instructions for the run only. |
A run sends the prompt like a message of yours and waits for the reply. Chats you write go first. The sidebar marks the conversation as unread when the reply is ready. Run now starts a run at once. The list shows the next run, the last run and its result.
